Refund and Return Policy

At Artistic Studio & Co., we create personalized products made specifically for each customer. Please review our refund and return policy before placing your order.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized products are final sale once production begins. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect details provided by the customer, or details approved on a design proof.

This includes personalized gifts, memorial keepsakes, apparel, party favors, event items, signs, printed materials, and other made-to-order products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

50% Retainer and Final Payment

A nonrefundable retainer equal to 50% of your order total is required before design work or production begins. This payment is applied toward your total order balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is shipped or picked up.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If production has not begun, any amount paid beyond the nonrefundable 50% retainer will be refunded. Once production begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded, except where required by law.

If Artistic Studio & Co. cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a refund for the unfulfilled order, including the retainer.

Design Proofs and Customer Approval

When a design proof is provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving it, including:

• Names, dates, spelling, and wording

• Photos and image placement

• Colors and design details

• Sizes, quantities, and personalization

Production begins after proof approval and receipt of the required payment.

Artistic Studio & Co. is not responsible for errors included in a proof approved by the customer. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may affect the completion date.

If we make an error that differs from the approved proof, we will work with you to correct it at no additional cost.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery or pickup. Report any damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving your order.

When contacting us, please include:

• Your name and order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the affected item

• Photos of the shipping packaging, if applicable

Please keep the item and its packaging until we have reviewed the issue.

If an error or defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund. Our request to report issues within 24 hours does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept routine returns or exchanges for custom or personalized products.

If a return is necessary to resolve an approved issue, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Artistic Studio & Co. will cover return shipping costs for items returned because of our error, a confirmed defect, or shipping damage.

Shipping Delays and Missing Packages

If we cannot ship your order within the timeframe stated when you purchased it, we will notify you of the updated shipping date and offer the option to accept the delay or cancel for a refund, as required by law.

If your package is lost, damaged in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us promptly. We will help review tracking information and work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We will notify you when your refund has been processed.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. If only part of your order qualifies for a refund, we will confirm the refund amount with you.
